At least he got there eventually. I was starting to worry that he’d never clue in.

The spaceship was going to travel to a new planet where everyone would work together; but you had to kill yourself for it to work.

That was a pretty quick moment of clarity for a cult member. I wonder if those who worship the Turmeric Toddler will come to their senses that fast?

Many cults use sex as a lure. I forget the name of one of them, but they told their girls and women they should me “hookers for Jesus” to entice men and boys into the “group”. I think 60 Minutes did a story on that one quite a while back. This is not the Christian group Hookers for Jesus a former sex worker started to try and get women out of prostitution. This was back in I believe the seventies and it was very cultish. Women and girls were to perform any sex act to entice males and to keep them in the cult. Girls as young as twelve. Hari Krishnas and Moonies were all over the streets back then, wearing their sheets and smelling like they needed a shower, and badly. People passing out all sorts of religious tract booklets. Jesus Freaks, they were called. The mid sixties through the seventies was a strange time. Free love, etc.

The spaceship came to earth, took Pierre away, and left this alien guy.

Sounds like the group that owns this town I have my business in, the cult of scientology (AKA Clearwater, Florida). They own 80% of downtown properties and they too have a spaceship at the ready for when the world blows up.
