I love Pucky’s reaction to the tumbleweeds…he is such a sensitive finding beauty in everything. And of course Elvis is the Master of the Kitchen!!!

Eyup. And there aren’t even any longhaired cats in the Big Pink House! I’m still finding Wilbur tumblefurs around, though that may be because I keep shooing them back under the sofa as I can’t bring myself to toss them outside just yet…And Sparky is doing her very best to make up for being a solo cat (which she quite enjoys, thank you, so no roomies, Hoomins, no matter how much you want extra cats) by producing quite a bit of fur.

“Starry, Starry Night” recreated with cat hair dust bunnies. Sophie would be impressed.

There seem to be more Puck colored tumbleweeds. Does that mean Puck has the thickest coat of fur?

Dang. Reminds me of me bear hair tumbleweeds. Gots to clean me bear cave today!

I don’t remember ever seeing Elvis’s tail agitatedly lashing that quickly before.

Elvis – the Woman could have chosen to vacuum the floor instead of sweeping it.

Whenever our three cats would have a fight at 3 am, we always knew who lost by the amount of cat tufts left over.

I love how Puck always finds beauty in his world.

There is enough hair to crochet another cat.

I did have a cat that tried to ride the dry mop. I used her as the dry mop, then brushed the dust off her.

In that last panel I’m hearing faint Ennio Morricone music. “The Good, the Bad, and the Furry.”

I’d like to see a version of this done in the “Starry, Starry Night” style…

As I’ve explained several times before, “cat hair” is actually the physical manifestation of subatomic wavicles similar to quarks, and called snoozons. A sufficiently high concentration of snoozons causes a gravity anomaly, essentially a small black hole. If this forms under the bed, it is relatively harmless except when trying to get up early for an important appointment. However, left free in the environment, anything could happen. Your comment, Dr. Harwood?

Enough hair to build a spare cat.

I have always felt that I could knit several new cats and dogs if I knew how to turn their shed fur to yarn.

Ambient cat fur takes many forms. If the Woman had used a stick vac Elvis would have either moved or attacked it.

So that’s where Tribbles come from.

I’m suddenly hearing Don McLean with those three, boderless panels in the bottom row. And to paraphrase

Furry tumbleweeds

Cat hair palette buff and gold

Look out on woman’s broom today

With eyes that know the beauty in the air

And Elvis is so upset that he is redistributing the cat hair tumbleweeds back to there proper locations.
