Wallace hasn’t been swimming in the winter yet. Perhaps it’s still too early in the year?

Not to mention what happens when they hit Mount Snow ramp and careen into the sea. We used to sled down a hill, hit the frozen rocks edging a pond, and hit the frozen pond running.

Well, sometimes you have to plan for the low probability contingencies …

See, the thing is, a sled is designed to be steered. A tube will stop when it hits something and you don’t get to choose which something.

Wallace, the reason it goes “so fast” is that there’s not enough friction to “melt the snow.”

Panel 3 has one of my childhood’s beloved memories: a submarine. I don’t know how many boys imagined inventing one and going on adventures, but I was one of them.
