It’s really not that hard to check your internet connection. Just look at the taskbar. The icon for internet should look like sound waves. If it looks like a globe, you’re disconnected. Click on the globe and all the available routers will crop up. The first one on the top of the list is usually yours. The rest are your neighbors. Click on the ‘Connect’ button and it will sign in again (be sure to check the box for auto connect.) That usually solves the problem. Otherwise, it’s the router and a quick unplug, count to 30 and reconnect the power will reboot the router and you’re good to go. I don’t know why she’s so clueless.
