On November 11th I knew that some version of this strip was inevitable. I would have been really disappointed to have been wrong. Thank you.

There need to be indictments and soon.

For openers, any secret pardons need to be flushed out.

I wrote maybe two years back that I was reminiscing about the good old days and was so hoping to see this comic— the picture of the sun coming up and the wall falling—finally, finally, finally it’s true and accurate again. THANK YOU! You remember how they said, “the system worked” in Watergate. What happened with Nixon was what was supposed to happen under the Constitution. We almost weren’t so lucky this time. Maybe God really does see some potential for this country after all. All my best. Leland

I remember this one well, back in 1974. I thought it was welcome then, but seeing it today I realize that it is far more welcome than it was the first time! I was wondering if GT was going to have it rerun (actually I was expecting it, or a modern variation thereof).

The ‘wall’ around the White House might be vanishing, and the ‘beautiful wall’ along the southern border might be on permanent hiatus, but a new wall needs to be built around the Capital Building (or at least, part of it), to protect the members of Congress who aren’t part of the attempted overthrow from those who will be incited to try again…

Even if Trudeau never depicts Trump again, maybe before too very long he’ll offer a list of ALL of the crimes that Trump can be reasonably charged for, not just incitement but sexual assault, corporate fraud, and, well, I have yet to find what appears to be a complete list.

Also before too very long he’ll probably introduce us to a few fictional Capitol rioters as vehicles for his commentary on their trials, imprisonments, mindsets, and so on.

Something else I’d like to see him give us is an objective, sober description/chart of the Qanon satanic pedophile trafficker wackiness (which they stole from the Reagan years, anyway) — I doubt that I’ll find anything objective or sober on the Qanon sites themselves - and I can’t imagine anyone else who’d take the trouble to map it out. Surely The Red Rascal is prepared to fight those dastardlies in Trump’s place but he’d need to be briefed on it. :)
