I used to work for a stationary company who, among other things, offered personalized products for bar/bat mitzvahs (so much so they had whole albums of products just for such celebrations). Obviously we didn’t monogram ice cubes…but I can vouch the monogramming of just about everything else listed here is indeed a fairly common practice (budgets permitting).
