Way, way back in the late 1950s home brewed beer was “the thing”. People made it in dustbins in their kitchens, and for drinking at parties etc it was quite OK. But the fashion seemed to fade away quite quickly after that. Just a temporary fad I guess.

When I had to change suppliers, the ingredients changed. There were a lot of disappointing batches that led me to quit.
