Since our dog has gotten older (past her sell-by date, really), we’ve had to feed her at least 3 times a day or she becomes grumpier than any old lady you’ve ever seen.
Thank you for this unexpected contribution to my experiences; I had never before heard of feeding a dog more often than once a day except in the case of a mortally obese dog.

Gotta admit. . .finding lotsa easy to cook (no chopping/no sauces), tasty, NUTRTITOUS foods is no easy task. It seems to be a universal dilemma. . .
