This is partly in answer to Steve Silver’s post from last night, but mostly because I like the joke:

The Frenchman, the Greek, and the Jew – this was before their tragic car accident, of course – are discussing their exploits of the night before. “I made passionate love to my wife last night for an hour, and she screamed the entire time,” the Frenchman leads.

“Oh, that’s nothing,” says the Greek. “I made passionate love to MY wife for two hours last night, and she screamed the entire time.” Both men then look expectantly at the Jew.

“Vell, I made love to my wife for ten minutes last night,” says the Jew. “Then I got up and wiped my schlong on the drapes. She is screaming still!”

I’m really glad they cleared that up. I thought it was when a dog faces away from you and lifts his tail.

What does monkey slug caterpillar look like when it turns into a butterfly after emerging from the cocoon?

I thought Arnold Palmer was Hergés boy detective character Tin Tin for a moment there.

Word has it that Arnold Palmer was distracted by a horde of monkey slug caterpillars.

I never slug a monkey and I never will.

Take care, may Costa Rican zoologist Juan Tu Fri Phor Phivord be with you, and gesundheit.

A Moon Dog can be found on a beach with Annette Funicello.

Both look the same when stepped on.

9 years later I beat Palmer by 2 strokes.

I’d like to know how the monkey slug caterpillar knows what tarantulas look like.

Wrong, Arnold Palmer took 12 strokes to finish the 9th hole at the 1961 LA Open not the 18th hole. The plaque is at the 18th hole because they later renumbered the holes.

I think Tiger’s 10 on Augusta’s par 3 12th hole was more impressive. Either way, both golfers were 7 over par.

12 strokes huh? Well I guess that explains the end to the movie “Tin Cup.”
