Rip’s gaping mouth kinda look like Starbright top-cop’s moustache

And that top-cop will get mopped by Skull(a while since we’ve heard of them..and Dr. Pain).

So is the next county over named First Star?

I do believe that sheriff has more bluster than brains. His nose doesn’t look right, either.

I suspect the sheriff is crooked.

Just as well – Rip isn’t really a cop, he’s more of a do gooder action type. Close, but not quite the same. Doesn’t pay as consistently, but fewer rules and less paperwork.

I think that fists will be giggling shortly.

“Other Sheriff” must think he can outdo Rip Haywire in being a top cop. I don’t think Rip can be outdone, outsmarted (by Brainzo) yes, but rarely if ever outdone.
