    Yeah it is considered racist today. 50 years ago is was considered a joke. Now if old jokes upset you that much, don’t read the “Back to…” or “Classic…” anywhere on the “Gocomics” website.

    Classic Id reveals many of the norms of yesterday and for the educated reader it is evidence of change and acceptability. You can accept this medium for what it was and is just like accepting the historical value of reading Uncle Tom’s Cabin for instance. This is not a censorable issue.
