Oh right, I guess we missed Sedine’s January 6th birthday, happy late birthday to our favorite loud-as-artillery cutie!

Panel#1 reminds me of those old colored pre-war and WW2 Looney Tunes cartoons, especially ones like “Ceiling Hero” in 1940, thanks for bringing back some good memories Bea!

Gee, I hope she remembered to pack a parachute. ( As opposed to travel clothes, anvils, spare tire, or a pair o’ shoes.)

Better hope she didn’t forget her parachute…

Hope someone told Sedine on how to pull the ripcord.

Next panel: Man on plane goes “MWAHAHAHA!” and puts on a fake mustache so he can twirl it.

Static line skydiving takes the guess work out of having to remember to pull your rip cord; as you plummet towards earth……

I thought it was Sedine’s and Sam’s wedding anniversary?

First jumps are usually tandem jumps.

I can see the plane’s shadow on the ground. For a jump, it seems kind of low.

Now for the wonderful feeling as the parachute deploys…..suddenly jerking so hard in your crotch your eyes will water. At least it’s better than seeing the chute failing to deploy properly becoming a long streamer as you fall…..and the ground is coming towards you rather fast. (Been there and done that…I got the reserve deployed seconds before landing….rather hard bouncing……and I had still more jumps to do to finish training.)

For one panel we fly higher than Sedine (our diving Queen). Love the shadow of the plane on the field.

Now, haven’t we all secretly wanted to do this to someone, or just me?

Look at all that farmland. Here’s hoping there’s a nice, huge haystack waiting to catch our hyperactive heroine…
