They should use this character more often

The frog says, “If you kissed me, I would be part of the Monarchy.” Does that mean that he was part of the Monarchy or does he simply think that being kissed by a maiden will make him part of the Monarchy?

In the case of the Kingdom of ID. The frog would be better off staying a frog. Than becoming part of that Monarchy. Or that of the UK.
