    Yes Spud, and they always emitted an odor that looked like a seductive woman’s hand, and kept getting stolen by hobos who carried their belongings in bindles.

    It’s hard for kids to realize the past. Heck, who even makes apple pies anymore, most kids would think they come out of a box and if anything, need defrosting. And, what’s a window sill anyway?
