Society may go haywire for a while with lost privacy, but we will find a way eventually to reestablish our self-validation in privacy and solitude.

The hands say, “I don’t know.” But the eyes say, “I can’t lie straight to your face.”

The third panel clearly shows Frazz’s tacit approval of Caulfield’s scheme, and that’s aiding and abetting in the fourth frame. You know Caulfield will rat him out…

When asked why kids need to carry a phone in school, someone usually answered that it’s in case of an emergency.

S-o-o-o-o why aren’t phones programmed so that the number 1 (auto 911 calls) is the only button operating during school hours?

Would have avoided a lot of problems in my classrooms. Fortunately, with the advent of computers, it became relatively easy but still irritating to devise several formats for tests and quizzes, so the questions/answers differed for each class. Example of leveling the playing field for all, especially the teacher.

Just so we’re clear, Caulfield is cutting class now, and Frazz is covering for him?

Frazz surely didn’t go to the library and see Caulfield there? So no need to lie at all.

The bigger question, why is Mrs Olsen looking for Caulfield?

Posted on FB previously, but will repeat here: What I love about atlases is that you can see places you are passing by or going through that you would NOT see on your Google map (or whatever). For example: On our way back from “down south” over Christmas break, we took a 10-mile detour south of Nashville to visit Columbia, Tennessee, the birthplace of former President James K. Polk. Unfortunately for us, we were driving home on New Year’s Day and pretty much the entire town was closed. Oh, well, maybe next time.

I never know what this kid’s talking about. Navigation devices (or software) don’t get tracked. If he’s talking about his phone, that has nothing to do with atlases.

I like having a map to read. You can see the entire route, not just the small area where you are.

I have gone thru the map drawers at the University of West Florida. Found places that were long gone. So much so, the Archaeology department had never heard of many of them.
