1. The real weird thing is: all the others looked before that like Bozo and Bozanne look NOW…(Uck!)

2. Everyone that knows Bozo likes him – but the doggie also licks him…(Yikes!)

Halloween: I wonder if all those other men work as circus clowns.

1. They’re unsure if they should be flattered or bummed that they could have saved money.

3. Honestly, I kept waiting for Bozo to stop the crook in the last panel and not actually sleep through the robbery. Kind of like that sheepdog does with the coyote in those Looney tunes cartoons.

In strip #1, I am amazed at how the simple addition of a black domino mask to Bozo’s signature outfit (and to one typical of Bozanne) make the wearers look like criminals and their molls. In fact, all of the men at the Halloween party look to me more like a cliché cartoon burglar than does the thief in strip #3.

1) Masquerade Party: Bozo an Bozanne get costumes and find everybody dressed as they do every day! Are they that noticed?

2) Dogs Love Short Men: A pair of lovelies walks by Bozo, then a big dog that licks him on the face.

3) Sleeping on the Job: While Bozo sleeps like the dead, a safe cacker steals everything including the sign “NIGHT WATCHMAN”.

Surprised he didn’t make off with the Z.
