FoXo Reardon, a man born for cartooning, a splendid master of perspective artwork, created these joyous gems in the last century. But they still entertain excellently even after so many years and decades.

The wonderful wordless wonders are always beautifully done, with no character uttering a word ever, but FoXo just using great facial expressions and body languages, all this set in beautiful scenes of his beautiful three dimensional cartoon world of BOZO.

A true epitome of a picture speaking thousand words, a comic worthy of collecting and preserving. A comic that was once almost forgotten forever, but reinvigorated here thanks to FoXo’s son Micheal Reardon.

FoXo never needed words to tell his funny tales. But today FoXo and BOZO need our words to spread the word friends, so that BOZO can spread more joy and cheer to more!

And yes of course another big thumbs up, big applause, and three cheers once again for the marvellous master cartoonist FoXo’s magnificent masterpiece, the most pleasant picturesque pantomime, the ever entertaining ever energetic ever excellent evergreen entertainer BOZO!

3_ Bozo lost his bowler to get a joke. Maybe Fuzzy will return it.

Different times for sure. Daily depictions of plenty of cigars, petty crimes, open manholes, masked muggers in alleys and wayward bricks. Somehow Butch Wax should figure in somewhere, but I’ll have to ponder on it a bit.

ALWAYS A GENTLEMAN- So Bozann’s Gentleman Caller gets Blocked by our Hero. Enjoy the flowers Honey while Bozo enjoys the Candy. BED FELLOWS- A once in a life time act for the rabbit. WORD AND PLAY- Bozann admires her Hero as he jumps in the choppy sea waters to rescue TIME IN A BOTTLE…..when Fuzzy is probably the one who threw the bottle there.

Interception. Contraception. Misconception. I used to hear about fathers chasing their daughter’s boyfriends off with shotguns full of rock salt. You don’t hear about that sort of thing much anymore.

1) She’s dressed to kill; he killed the candy (“for me? You shouldn’t have”)

2) Now he’s dressed to kill, and the rabbit is gonna be dressed for cooking (don’t google that last part)

3) You’re gonna kill yourself if you’re not careful, Bozo. And you need to dress in some new clothes.

1) BOZO’S DATE: A suitor comes and brings flowers and chocolates. Bozo takes them and closes the door. Bozann finds him enjoying them!

2) MAGICIAN’S TRICK—SHOT: Bozo pulls out a rabbit that runs away, he produces an appearing hunting shot gun and shoots!

3) FOOL YOU ONCE: On a cruise Bozann & Bozo. Bozo sees a bobbing bottle with a note in it and dives in retrieving it. Turns out it is an April Fools trick!

Bozo the Great Magician will never go hungry.

Labor Day weekend begins today, so I will repeat the words of Jasper, a Post Office black supervisor from my days at the postal service, a supervisor who outwardly was as tough as nails but on the inside as soft as a marshmallow, and all the 30 or so mail carriers at the station he supervised knew it. “You ain’t worth two dead flies” was one of his favorites when admonishing a carrier. We all loved him but was not about to tell him that.

Standing in the middle of the floor, he would shout, “OK, LISTEN UP…..Monday is Labor Day. Some you will be traveling. So REMEMBER, if you drive, don’t drink. If you drink, don’t drive. And I’ll see you here bright and early Tuesday morning.” Word from a great guy worth repeating.

At first glance I thouht Bozann was in a wedding dress!
