Did Notre Dame fans fancy feathers in their hats in ’53?

    1. It neither duck season nor wabbit season. It No Hunting season.

    2. Bozo make money from trash.

    3. Hmm… Me not get what the blanket is about. It means something back in 1950s?

Take your time, relax, and enjoy every panel of BOZO, me friends, for these wonderful wordless wonders are one of the best drawn best funnies me has ever seen.

The tremendously talented master of perspective artwork FoXo Reardon creates a beautiful three dimensional cartoon world of depth and details. No panel in BOZO is incomplete and gives a full picture of this picturesque world. This one of the few comics where you can feels the three dimensional depth in every scene.

And the master cartoonist FoXo never needed his characters to utter a word to tell his funny tales. A true pantomime and a true epitome of picture speaking thousand words!

Even after so many decades and era, BOZO still comes like a fresh fragrant breeze still bringing splendid joy and sheer cheer!

But despite being a great classic of great creative calibre, neither BOZO nor FoXo are much known or remembered these days.

Spread the word, friends, so that BOZO can spread more joy and cheer to more!

And yes of course me gives another big thumbs up, big applause, and three cheers once again for the marvellous master cartoonist FoXo’s magnificent masterpiece, the most pleasant picturesque pantomime, the ever entertaining ever energetic ever excellent evergreen entertainer BOZO!

    1. It is open season on No Hunting Signs!

    2. I’m going out to check my trash can right now.

    3. This way Bozo don’t have to put up with all those rowdy fans and all the the stuff they bring.

I thought ND would be the main topic of conversation today. Dad, Foxo Reardon, was a Notre Dame football fan going way back. Before TV, he would place the radio at his feet, just to the left side of his drawing desk, and listen to the games. Both of his paternal grandparents come over from Ireland. His granddad, Charles Reardon, was most certainly a fighting Irishman, a member of the 71st Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry Regiment ,and he fought in every major battle of the War Between the States in the East, including Gettysburg, where the 71st was stationed at Bloody Angle, and was part of the Philadelphia Brigade that repulsed Pickett’s Charge in the most decisive moment of the most decisive battle of the War. At the Battle of Cold Harbor, he fought against my maternal grandfather, George Burnett, a Confederate soldier whose father owned the Cold Harbor Tavern and the surrounding 182 acres. Much of that property was just recently purchased by the American Battlefield Trust, including the site of the Tavern and will be restored to its appearance of the 1864 Battle.

Not sure of BIG DAY Feathers in their caps, but in 1953 Notre Dame won the National Championship and QB John Lattner won the Heisman. Also, I have heard Notre Dame fans mention Feathers in their caps and black eyes. Like all colleges, there are so much confusing tales and history.

BULLS EYE-I would not go hunting with Bozo, he shoots at just about anything without knowing what he is shooting….But Who or what Game Warden puts a sign in the top of the tree? TRASH- More true today, with drive through pick ups on food. Have not seen any $5.00, but I have picked up close to $2.00 in change at the drive through window. BIG DAY-Bozo is a lot like me, I used to think I had to be in the stadium to cheer on my team to victory. Now after being older, and ticket prices so high, I have become a crazed fan yelling and cheering at the TV! I hate those blasted announcers and commentators, though.

Bozo fortunately found enough money on Friday to purchase things for Saturday’s big game. :)

    1) HIDING SIGNS: Hunting Bozo fires into a tree and a “No Hunting” sign falls out!

    2) MONETARY GAIN: Idly walking Bozo spies some money amongst the trash and walks away slightly richer!

    3) RAH TEAM: The big game s tonight and Bozo is getting all of his paraphernalia for it. He goes home, sets up and watches it on TV!
