It is a character from Outer Limits – he was accidently pulled here from another dimension and his mere existence on this plain wreaked havoc.

Similar to how the Martian Manhunter came to Earth in Justice League, New Frontier.

I’m a TZ person, never watched OL.

Staring Cliff Robertson with Vic Perrin as the Control Voice. Always liked it better than the Twilight Zone. Robert Duvall also did a couple eps.
