Diet is a four letter word according to WW.
All my friends who were on WW, ended up gaining all their weight and then some later on.
I always eat fast. Hasn’t helped.
Anything you eat is your diet. The Calorie is not a unit of heat, it’s a unit of flavor. ;-)
The ADA “diet” is a change of lifestyle and doable as a result. I’m currently using a man’s maintenance diet in an effort to gain weight.
Eat only when you are hungry and stop eating when you are no longer hungry. Listen to your body.
“A quick kiss burns up 3 calories. . .each doughnut contains 200 calories. . .so providing I kiss each one 66.67 times, I can eat them all without feeling guilty.” from a birthday card I kept. It sits on the counter next to a box of doughnuts. . .
Nonetheless, Aunty, your fat has fat.
If you eat cake in large enough quantities your fitbit won’t go around your limbs.
Fitbits can be fooled. I gain a couple thousand steps when I mow the grass….on the Rider mower.
You are only cheating yourself, AA!
And if you eat enough cake fast enough, it’s sure to give you the runs, Aunty! :D
Eat slowly. You’ll enjoy the food more and know when you’re full.
Fran, The Nanny, says folding one piece of pizza upside down onto another piece of pizza counts as one piece; The body doesn’t know the difference.
If the fitbit registers jaw movements, you be considered fit.
I’m in shape, round is a shape.
Only eat restaurant food at restaurants and only eat there once or twice a month, most pre-made foods are high in sugar, fat ,calories and sodium.
The Fitbit is part of a Plot by Big Diet to guilt you into buying their overpriced “Diet Meals”.
