I’m back after a rather abrupt departure. Not that anyone noticed of course… (Insert wink face here)
It’s lovely to be back and I hope everybody is well. I should be finding out which hospital my blood donation was taken to very soon. Some poor git in Nottingham got it last time. Haha.
I’d like to share one of my favourite songs which always reminds me of our friend Gweedo. Probably why it’s my favourite song (Insert wink face here again)
@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny our HERO Mr Andrew Capp ,again on the wagon can quickly change his mind to get a free pint :o) my avatar again is Rowan Atkinson , Britain’s richest comidian as Mr bean grinning from ear to ear because he’s happy like I am , how was your day? and welcome back because we missed you and glad you feel better ,our Manic Monday should be busy as it usually is but we will cope I hope , we both are in a good mood and the contractor won’t be coming to the garage because it’s raining and if he pours concrete ,it will get washed away , I did our shopping so now I can relax ,keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady
An honest conviction needs to be tested, debated, and tried. If it fails, it wasn’t an honest conviction was it. So Andy is just going to see if his conviction of being on the wagon was honest and true. Who knows, it might be. Or not.
Just letting you know that when I don’t comment for a few days it does not mean that you or anyone else has offended me. So please don’t worry.
If it’s still OK, I am looking forward to seeing those pics I mentioned of the work going on in your street. But I know you will need your son’s assistance to upload them. We can wait.
My day was pretty great. The weather has been beautiful so I plan to go out tomorrow. I love Spring. Just wait, it’ll be a horrible day tomorrow when I plan to go out knowing my luck. Haha.
Stay safe, stay well and stay happy, pal. Thank you for the welcome back.

I once told myself I needed to quit drinking. But then I said to myself, well I don’t want to take advice from an old drunk.

I’m an hour late today. The clocks have been moved forward an hour in the US but not here in Europe.

That’s basically me when I fancied a KFC. Back in the times when one could “dine in” before all this COVID rubbish.
But I don’t plan to order a KFC takeaway until I receive that special text I mentioned above. A little reward for myself.
Today I’m having veg though. So I am being good.
