I tried a few voice types to apply to these two. First I tried Chip and Dale, the chipmunks, then the Martian in Loony Toons, but I settled on Fraser Krane and his brother Miles. They fit the cats perfectly.
The darts will be more fun. …The twitching and convulsing before Doug goes still.:-D
I was at yesterday’s and “rejuiced” twice. Either “Ya guy” or GC pulled the post. I hate to see someone get blocked as it can be arduous in getting back on, if you do at all.
They have good reason to be afraid. My little sister was a baby when we got my brother’s cat Quigly. My sister loved to “ride” Quigly and Quigly responded with resonable physical force. I remember mom asking my sis if she had been on Quigly again? Though she tried to deny it a fresh scratch on her cheek said otherwise. Mom was so worried she’d be scar faced. She looks fine now, but Quigly still hates my sister and being picked up in general.

I’m impressed. Something the cats are actually afraid of- and it’s a baby!

Our 2 boys are each about 18 pounds and they shut around the house like a pair of male lions
When our 1 year old great nephew comes over, they run and hide in the bedroom closet

Sorry, guys, catch-and-release is a no-go. Dougies are an invasive species. No flushing them down the toilet, either.

The cats have not met their match. Doug is just tricky to catch without touching him.

I’m surprised the trickster beasties would consider humane trapping.
