somewhere, Hubbs sensed what happened, and felt happy and proud.

As creepy as the spiders from “Courage the Cowardly Dog”, it aired so early in my life I’m not sure if I was afraid of spiders before I saw it. Anyway, Ellie better clean that up before Al thinks of playing with the pieces, morbid little tot.

Michaela really is a hero and she seems to lack arachnophobia, I think that’s rare, perhaps someday she could be a real monster hunter, or at least an exterminator.(Which I think Ellie should call, heck I think all the houses on the block should just to be safe)

That was a hell’a big spider, judging by the superb squish leg extension in panel 4….

In the South we have bugs, spiders, fire ants, snakes, alligators and all kinds of critters that can ruin your day. You deal with them. You have to remember you are smart and on top of the food chain.

Micha, you are truly a hero! Way to go girl!

Good. Freakin’. Job. Michaela! I would not even have a fraction of that bravery to utilize ANY lamp like that! Black widows turn me into a 1930’s housewife when they see a mouse (No exaggeration, I saw one on the ground and literally jumped on the ground and shrieked in an octave I had no idea I could reach)

I haven’t seen a more soother takedown of an Spider since Doc Ock first appearance.

I have to hand it to Michaela—she showed more courage in that situation than I would have been able to muster.
