Any of you have a favorite cereal but didn’t like its remake? I myself could say Kellogg’s Corn Flakes, but I don’t like the Kroger brand thereof.

Orange innards? Must be a Republican affliction observed in certain presidents. OK, maybe just one. Hope it’s not contagious.

Alice just one-upped her mom’s imaginary excuse, that too in ‘style’, just like that!

Dad: Why are your grades so low at school?

    Son: In many cultures,…!

    Wow, that’s gold!

I’m not sure I would want to live in a culture where they examine the color of my innards. I even keep many of my outards covered.

Check with Petey & His Picky Eaters Alliance, Alice! A class action lawsuit could be possible!

Maybe Alice ought to try Chocolate Covered Sugar Bombs. Calvin over on Calvin and Hobbes thinks they are the bomb!

Did Alice eat the cereal or just the marshmallows? Many moons ago the girls begged for a certain brand of marshmallow-enhanced cereal. I bought a box, but they only picked out the yummy bits; I tasted the cereal and it was ghastly! A few days later a little friend came to play, spotted the box, and asked if she could have some. “My mom won’t buy it, and I like it.” Praise the Lord! Somebody will take this off my hands!

She picked out the marshmallows and left the cereal in the bowl.

Kind of like Frosted Flakes – not only did they take “sugar” out of the name but reduced the amount in the cereal itself. Sigh…

I agree with Alice. Did they find any actual problems arising from the cereal?

In reality, as opposed to comic book world, that would never happen; not after they test marketed the new Blammo in a chosen city and found it sold about 15 boxes (one of the purchasers being Madeline).

Alice Anthropologist knows about Many Cultures and Innards! Fearsome!

Hang in there, Madeline; you’re still in charge, though challenged by your assertive daughter!

They found out that children who eat Blammo turn out like me.
