A friend of mine has two kids. Her son, the older, was teaching her daughter how to hit a baseball. While demonstrating, he swung and… connected with her head. A super fun ER visit later she was deemed OK and now has a cool scar.
I really, really suck at sports, especially baseball. Thankfully I married a hot tomboy. Both our sons lettered in multiple sports. But our oldest grandson is a book nerd like me. Genetics.
