Ferny in a fern.

Ferny! I was wondering when we’d see neighm again.

Sure am hungry for some Chips brand Potato Chips.

So the beast was not Phoebe as I had predicted. But having Ferny back is wonderful. Wait. Is Ferny carnivorous? And neigh are not feeding silently. Is there another beast?!?

Is THAT the beast!?!?! – P (It’s a unicorn eating chips. – M) I’m already kinda getting tired of this, Phoebe.

If Ferny is carnivorous then what’s in those chips? Soylent Green?

Oh my goodness… a bag of chips! gasp What flavor?

Appropriately, Non Sequitur has introduced a character named Fern today.

That doesn’t look like Ferny to me (unless neigh is in deep shadow). This unicorn seems much darker. Honestly, the last panel made me think of Luna and Celestia.
