Technicality. Shouldn’t he be picking pickling peppers. If they’re all ready pickled then they’re in little jars at Trader Joe’s and he should be charged with shop lifting. However if it’s under a $1,000 you just get a ticket. Canned be simpler.

I learned just recently, that here in Panama they call speed bumps, “Dead Policemen” or sometimes “Sleeping Policemen”. Makes going over speed bumps here a totally different experience.

Poor Peter appears to perpetually ponder over this.
