    Don’t laugh. Lobster fishermen in some areas have given up spring catching and only scallop “fish” in winter. During the summer they are farming kelp(seaweed). One use is for cow feed.

    Yes Mike, seaweed. used in many foods especially creamy dressings like mayo or thousand island (aka "MacDonald’s special sauce.)
