I would just like to say a BIG “thank you” to all you wonderful TEN CATS readers. One of the greatest thrills I have had over these past 6 years on GoComics (with BUSHY TALES) has been to get to follow TEN CATS and to get to know, meet and collaborate with Graham Harrop! This has truly been a thrill and a blessing! And, as an added bonus, many of you TEN CATS lovers have also become great followers of BUSHY TALES, and for that I thank you sincerely.I look forward to keeping in touch with many of you through my little newsletter and, maybe, even in the pages of your local newspaper sometime! Many thanks and God bless you heaps!
From yesterday’s comments – darcyandsimon commented that plant nurseries shouldn’t sell impatiens before May 15 and I wholeheartedly agree. In fact, a couple weeks ago, a customer asked me if we had hanging baskets of impatiens. I told her that while we did have a plant truck coming that day or the next day, I didn’t expect to find impatiens on it because it was too early for them. But people do get impatient for impatiens, no doubt about that! Most years, it seems like I’m bombarded with requests for impatiens from late April until whenever they finally arrive. Knowing how tender they are, I really didn’t want to see impatiens yet. But, just an hour or so after the lady wanting impatiens hanging baskets left, the plant truck came and there were hanging baskets of impatiens on it. I wish they’d go back to the way they were a couple years ago where they waited until at least the middle of May to send us impatiens.
I’m happy to report that when I left work last night, the parking lot was much less littered than it was the night before last. It wasn’t windy yesterday, so I believe the cart pusher or someone from maintenance cleaned up the parking lot. But there was still a disposable face mask on the ground. I don’t know if it was the same one or not.
I’m so sad to see you leave! Your work is adorable, smart and funny! Thank God I’ll receive your newsletter! Many good wishes to you and I wish you good fortune!
Mousie’s always looks like a fun getaway for these 2, altho it usually allows them to mingle with dogs. I finally have use of my laptop again, reading TenCats or the news on my phone is not fun. I left part of my charger in the cottage I rented for 3 days last week over Craig’s and my back-to- back birthdays, and the nice owner sent it back to me.
Well done, Annie. Whatever you’re doing to stump Jack and Chesney, it’s definitely working. On another note, saw two robins and a dragonfly while out walking today.

From yesterday’s comments to anomalous4 who quipped “There’s a such thing as a clean limerick?”
Yes, Norman Lear wrote some clean limericks. And I like trying to compose them myself. Here’s one I just wrote:
There was a young lady from Leeds,
Who planted her garden with seeds.
She fainted away
,When she learned the next day,
She’d planted her garden with weeds.

Jack should be featured more. Such a beautiful cat…always dressed formally too. Chesney can perform as the lacky.
