Things are looking up, er down, for the PPS! And just realised POS would be the abbreviation for the Optimist’s society… :D

I notice the ladies are not there, but then thy are only pessimistic one week in the month….

This meeting is a disaster….maybe….

“Who cares about the roll?”

RIGHT!

If they were really pessimists, they would have all believed that something bad would happen at the meeting, and nobody would have shown up.

I’m curious as to how they know their organization is prehistoric.

“I hate to be pedantic…”

Why would anyone call the roll? Nobody will answer. All we ever do is just sit here.

The best thing about being a pessimist is that you are constantly being either proven right or at very least pleasantly surprised.

You can call the roll, but will anyone answer?

“Pumpernickle roll?”

I would hate Rye Roll.

They HAVE gone prehistoric! It’s 1 July and the comic is dated 30 June!

That’s it. The Hart family have all died and we’ll never see another classic BC strip ever again. Can I join?

I tried to make a club like this but nobody wanted to join.
