The earliest I see the sun on most days is around 1:30 in the afternoon. My day starts at 3:30 am, I go home at 1:30pm. I work in a windowless factory environment.
In our neighborhood it’s never really dark. There are extremely bright garage or outdoor lights on about every other house, so sunrise is just another light that happens every morning.
