The two frames on the left side, too sweet, and too real…. I’m a Southerner, born and bred, and there’s this subspecies of conservative numb nut. It’s a he. He’s older, but not necessarily elderly, at least 45. An IQ test may indicate a relatively intelligent person, but his downfall is that he thinks he’s smarter than he really is, a delusion that gives him access to obscure(imaginary) facts that those pointy-headed northern elitist leelbruls are unaware of. For example, the Civil War, regardless of the fact that most of the southern states put down in black and white that they indeed were leaving the Union in order maintain slavery, this neanderthal will calmly claim, while sipping a nice bourbon on his veranda, that, say, the cause of the war was that the South felt rushed, that it was actually about to outlaw slavery but first wanted to make sure that all of the slaves had adequate housing and good jobs before they were freed. And so too with climate change, this guy knows all kinds of stuff that scientists who’ve spent their whole careers studying weather don’t even know. And when it comes to “lower taxes” and “less regulation,” yowza! These guys won’t even pay the taxes they’re supposed to pay, even while knowing that tax money pays the salaries of the very troops they’re always claiming they support, the very troops they’re always claiming leelbruls don’t support. And as for their view of government regulations, imagine a world pandemic. Pretend that nearly 700,000 Americans have died across a short period of time. And maybe there are vaccines and proven ways to mitigate its spread. They’d probably be against government intervention in a nightmarish scenario such as this. I can imagine them now saying the virus is a hoax, that it will just go away, that its symptoms are no worse than those you get with a bad cold. And they’d be suspicious of the vaccines……. I’ll stop.

… But we still expect you to give us that green, green FEMA money.

I love the Piggly Wiggly, not even one in my town anymore.

They’ll say that whatever happens to the climate (which they will confuse with weather) it is all the faults of liberals – even while claiming that people have no affect upon climate change…
