I like how this rerun week was originally the first new arc after that “age of reruns” that happened while Mr. Peirce was working on his novel.

I felt the same way about V-8 juice (the original kind). Had a few sips of a very small can of it, felt a little queasy afterward. Then, later, I drank the entire contents of such a can, and I threw up afterwards.

That stuff and my stomach apparently do not agree…

I grew up in the east coast in the 60s, never had a taco until I came to California in the 12th grade and the school cafeteria had them for lunch. I wasn’t impressed. My first encounter with avocados was even worse. Now they are both dietary staples. Avocados, the exception to the rule “if it tastes good it must be bad for you.”
