It would really be rare if that happened…..

Make it juicy but keep it tender.

Just sharpen up the knives and start slicing to get into the juicy parts of the story.

If he does it right, it will be rare!

How do you want that story served up Shoe? Sautéed with sweet-onions and mushrooms. With a baked potato and sour-cream. And maybe and ear or two of sweet corn. And a glass or two of red wine. And a nice apple pie or maybe a key-lime pie for desert.

Anyway, don’t go to ’Roz’s’ for it or dessert ! ! ! !

Give them a real grilling.

Flame it.

That’s something one rarely sees.
