I pledge allegiance to anyone who can get rid of commercials on TV and especially [since I watch very little TV] on my computer.

Unless your an adult 18-49 the advertisers really don’t give a hoot about you. Several shows with high viewership but low demos get canned. Besides that I DVR everything then skip the damn commercials anyway.

Well I’m off to breakfast with my daughter & grandsons. See you all later.

That heaven for DVD’s, zip, zip away! Although I do enjoy certain commericals, the Budweiser Clydesdales at Christmas, the Etrade baby, hmm. Can’t think of anymore! LOL!

Since I don’t have TV I don’t have these issues.but, how I remember how you could get no TV at night. I would crawl out of bed early in the morning and watch the test pattern turn to the pledge of allegiance as I waited for my morning programs.

Howdy to all the other CD’ers who HOPEFULLY aren’t pledging allegiance to the commercials! :-D

When it was all static, you first banged the side of the TV. If that didn’t work you had to wiggle it’s ears. ;-) Oh and TV viewing was FREE.

Commercials are why I cancelled my hook up 1 year go. Way too insulting, along with paying for all those horrid channels I would never watch. I love netflix!
