When the leader comes back for all of the captives, his first thought is “We have to get a new tent supplier. All of these tents are so cheap a lot of them split from top to bottom.”.
Meh. “Escape from the tent” is just the set-up for mighty Tarzan’s beat-down of the terrorists. [For literary connoisseurs, note the ring construction there….]

That’s it? The captives are saved so easily, the guards let them pass by, no fight, no gunshots, and Tarzan didn’t even have to dig a pit? Too easy…

Second last panel, looks like a certain middle eastern dictator is not dead after all…….

I dunno… I don’t smoke, but if I did I’m not sure if I’d want to light up while seated on a box of ammunition.

After taking in Tarzan’s grossly misshapen right shoulder in the last panel, I realize I miss Russ Manning’s unequaled artistry already.

With guards like that, Tarzan’s got an easy job of it.

Good point Lawrence…I like the strip and the artist isn’t awful but in the last panel Tarzan’s head is too small for his body.
