I had assumed someone was in control of the gorillas. Apparently not… So, is this right? The gorillas by themselves, know about the cause of diseases the efficacy of modern medicine. They read a phone book (or some other source of information in the pre-internet period when this was written) to locate the nearest clinic. They arranged transportation to get to the clinic. They staged a military level raid on the clinic, taking only the medicine, and had the taxis waiting to take them back home. But then didn’t realize medicine for humans might not work on gorillas?
