Why do we even bother showing the lion fights? The score is like Tarzan 417, Lions 0.

Ah Numa! The Lion dies tonight! (sung to the tune of, you guessed it, The Lion Sleeps tonight.

Had to read this 2x, I thought Numa was going for Tazan’s crotch.

I guess T grabbed a rib bone.

He wouldn’t want to make any mis-steaks, time to move to another comic.

I’m going to take a wild guess here and say that Tarzan comes out of this fight without a scratch on him.

These beasties were just lion around until you turned up….

And the magical knife once again appears as needed

Oh great. Another big cat is going to get killed by Tarzan’s bloodthirsty knife.

Another clear cut case of self defense. Next lion.

“Watch those fangs, Tarzan!” It’s a good thing Chiram was there to give Tarzan the tip.

I have a premonition of the victory cry of a bull ape… But, hey, it’s all good. You can’t really criticize the Ape-man for slaughtering yet another big cat. After all, Saber-tooths are already extinct!
