D’Arnot shares much in common with Pepé Le Pew — an unshakable faith in his own attractiveness, and a peculiar lack of discernment regarding the fairer sex. Hmm. Come to think of it, this describes Frenchmen in general. ;-)

I think the modern term for D’Anot is “simp”.

Please, please…I am begging you….put an end to this ridiculous Parisian soap opera and get Tarzan back to the jungle where he belongs!

Gray Morrow was really an excellent artist for this strip. I miss his art. It’s a shame that these are only reprints now. There’s plenty of artists out there who could do a fine job with a strip like this. I think the time is right for the return of the adventure strip…
