This is beginning to look too similar to one Phantom story of Lee Falk’s Phantom. It was some story with Queen Carola of Kula-Ku who very interested in Phantom. It was run somewhere in the 70s me theenks. This one here is predates by decades. There was almost same kind of scene as in first panel as if Sy Barry was copies from this one too. Maybe Falk partially copy idea of crazy queen with multiple former dead husbands from this one too.

Here we go again—another drop dead gorgeous, English-speaking white woman overly fond of jeweled bikinis queening it over bunch of ugly white men. Where do they all come from? And whatever happened to the indigenous population … oh wait, I know—they were mostly slaughtered, and the survivors sold into slavery.

Erot kind of looks like Ernest Borgnine.

I’m thinking a little praying mantis action. Or black widow spider. Run Tarzan, run!

Well finally, Tarzan meets a nice girl and can settle down. No more of that killing and screaming.

Well, at least we now know why Africa has been mired in economic mediocrity for hundreds of years. When smokin’ hot, bat guano crazy queens are your default choice in governance, you really can’t expect much in the way of economic progress… ;-)
