@Number Three Today’s Strip IS funny but a repeat I think ,I can’t imagine our HERO Mr Andrew Capp going into such a posh club , let alone cause trouble and where is the little sot going to find the money to sue? my advice to the muscle bound bouncer is to throw Andy in the canal :o) my avatar is a spoof of a toothbrush complaining that he has a dirty job while the toilet paper roll knows his job is a lot worst, which should teach people that there are others in a worse situation :o{ I never complained about my job when I was a bedside nurse , how was your day in relative freedom? our Thursday should be busy as usual but we will cope I hope ,I have already gone to our mini market and bought 12 2 litre bottles of water, we are both in a good mood and staying in rooms with A/C or huge fans to fight the infernal heat , drinking chilled water and , ice cream ,keep safe and thanks for caring young Lady

Who knows, maybe he’s due again.

@Number Three It irks me that all my fav actors and singers are dead like Robin Williams , Patrick Swayze , Johnny Cash , Roy Orbison ,Luciano Pavartotti, 2 of the Beatles , Mamma Cass and now Val Kilmer has developed throat Cancer and the only Italian singer Rafaealla Carra has gone too , may God rest their souls

Mainly because he took a wrong turn and ended up in the canal.

Andy didn’t cause any trouble that day because he was in the Lockup?

Any bouncer worth his salt, would have removed Andy from the premises, as soon as he was addressed as “meathead”

So “approximately” always.

He remembers? Must have been sober….. no way.

Capp, you were in a corner booth, semiconscious and drunk as a lord. Everyone was dancing!

Right, then. The week the club was closed for repairs for his last visit.

This reminds me of a “Peanuts” episode: Charlie Brown was saying to Lucy, “You never admit when you’re wrong!” Lucy replies something like, “Of course I can admit when I’m wrong. I was wrong once, last September. It was a Tuesday, and it was raining.”

I’m sure Andy knows “Meathead” Malone, the bouncer. In fact, I’m pretty sure he knows and is known by all the bouncers in town either from the rugby pitch, the pubs, or the slammer.

I just don’t see Andy as the club-going kind of bloke.

Andy do you really want to go to club that would have you as a customer.

Since briangj2 was nice enough to hunt up that “Peanuts” episode I (kind of) remembered, I wonder if anybody could hunt up that “Beetle Bailey” for me? I’d sing your praises if you do (except, of course, that the gods of music don’t LET me sing……….)

I believe some time ago I linked a clip of a Family Guy episode where they referenced The Flintstones. One of the characters was taking a dump in a pelican’s mouth. The pelican faces the camera and says “You think YOU have a crap job?”

I am late commenting today. Just come back from my favourite beach. My Hay Fever has been bad today. I wonder what people were thinking of the sneezing woman on the beach? I have Antihistamines and yet I don’t think to take them.

I remember feeling sad at Alan Rickman’s death who played Snape in Harry Potter. And I do enjoy Johnny Cash’s music. “The Highwayman” song is brilliant. But it’s not only Cash singing.

Memory is an interesting thing. Andy can remember a Saturday from last year, but can’t recall for a minute what Flo asks him to do.

Or he does recall and just doesn’t care.

That seems more likely.
