This reminds me of the nature show that did a piece about the Fishing Cat, hyped up how amazing a hunter they were, so the captive one they filmed…sat next to its pool and proceeded to take a five hour nap
I know people are comparing this to “One Froggy Evening” (which I remember my mom recording off of TV years ago when it aired on “The Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show”), but there’s also an episode of “VeggieTales in the City” called “The Singing, Dancing Lobster”, which basically has the same plot as that cartoon.

I wish I had the ability to sleep in an instant like that. That would be awesome.

Some do it for fame. Some do it for fortune. Garfield does it to screw with Jon.

In the juggle, amidst the juggle
The Garfield sleeps tonight
In the juggle that made me chuckle
And Jon looks so cockeyed

I’m with Garfield with the flyswatter. They seem to be particularly annoying this year.

That’s like Looney Tune’s Michigan J. Frog. Jon should give up trying to catch Garfield on camera now before he goes to ruin.
