Chicken livers I like. Gizzards, not so much. Also, deep-fried… not so much.

Their secret recipe involves 11 seldom used chicken parts and feathers.

KFC used to have gizzards. Loved them! Never could make them the same at home.

Gizzards are delicious! That’s a great bonus
