Leopold to chef/bartender/bouncer: “No, don’t bother. Just send the steer out here and I’ll tear off a chunk as he runs by.”

“Blood Rare.”

I’m guessing Leopold like his steak extra-rare. Too bad; Gary eats better tonight!
