I remember back in the late 1970’s, lifting a new (empty) water heater into place lifting with my back and not my legs. Big mistake. Then a week later bending over to pick up the water pan from a dehumidifier, I heard and simultaneously felt a click in my back, and thought “Uh-oh”. But amazingly the click was the vertebrae in my back returning to normal. Pain over, just like that. So there is hope for Kenny.

Seems he is putting a strain on his back laying like that. Shouldn’t he lay on his back with his feet up?
