It used to be that if you were insured, your insurance company paid when you were injured. Now, insurance companies try to get out of paying by blaming someone else. If Irwin gets hurt, his insurance company will ask him a few questions. If Broomie has a different insurer, they’ll sue that insurer for the damages. If she’s not insured, but has money, they’ll sue her directly.
