The last two times I hung my swimsuit out to dry on my balcony railing overnight, it’s rained. I’m going to rent that suit to local farmers when it’s no longer useable.
What good would that do over a city? Seems like he s/b over the farms and/or water sources that supply the city; rain over a city just ends up in the sewers…
