I think all the people who have worked in the corporate world can relate to this comic. :(

Sadly, this is the approach taken by many.

It really is a ladder. Look down and you see faces. Look up and you see butts.

When you are on the way down, are you climbing down, or falling (possibly having been pushed)?

If you’re falling, you’re not stepping on anyone (though anyone on the ground had better stand back).
