Has anyone thought about the possibility of Arron winning the Super Bowl this year ? What will happen then I wonder . Personally I’m tired of hearing about the Green Bay Packers and the indifference between them and Arron Rogers .
Green Bay treated both Brett Favre and Aaron Rogers pretty shabbily when Rogers took over from Favre. After Rogers had spent a couple of years as back up to Favre
Let’s see what makes Aaron Rogers in Green Bay so special … 1 Superbowl win (2010 season), lots of almost getting to the Big Game but falling short in the playoffs. Yet he is rated by many fans as a greater QB than old Tom Brady who has a record 7 Super Bowl wins out of 10 appearances!
I’m sick of hearing how great Aaron Rogers supposedly is!
The 49ers could have drafted him. He would have been playing for his college coach. But they had to draft Alex Smith. But nothing on Smith. When he was in San Francisco he had a new head coach, offensive coordinator or QB coach, or any combination of those three every year he was there. Lack of consistency will mess you up good. And just when he was getting good he got concussed and Mr Kaepernick took over and took the 9ers to 3 straight NFC Championship games. Smith went to KC and then to DC. And in the tradition of another DC QB, he was Theismanned, but after surgery and PT he returned last year and took the WTF to the payoffs after a sub 500 year. The guy is lucky to be able to walk much less play NFL football. Granted, it’s the NFC Least, but it is football.
This is why if Rodgers leaves the Pack the Jets MUST aggressively pursue him if Zach Wilson turns out to be another crybaby bust like every quarterback Gang Green has had since Joe Namath retired. Also, they MUST aggressively pursue Cam Newton now that the Pats have released him. With the pre-season injuries the Jets have had, it’s going to be another cellar-dweller season for them—especially if Wilson does turn into a crybaby and another bust for them.

Give him a early farewell, and use the backup.
