Just get out the vacuum cleaner. They’ll hide under the nearest bed.

Our cat loves to sleep in Spouse’s TV-viewing easy chair… but only when it’s time for Spouse to use it herself. Blood has been seen as a result of the discussions. She hardly ever draws MY blood though. And neither does the cat…

They’ll leave sure enough if you just go over and sit on them.

Beginning to look like a cathouse..

Don’t forget to bring some cardboard boxes next time. But then… you look quite comfy on the cat tree…

Quick, get the laser pointer. Break out the catnip. Do something!

They should be done when you move them out of the way. Most cats (and dogs for that matter) will just find another place to sleep if they want.

Some are even willing to share or will snuggle up beside you.

They’ll get up and start being active as soon as you go to bed.

How about never. Is never good for you?

Yeah, no. The pets can claim a spot when they start paying rent or buying my food.

I used to dislike disturbing the cat if it was sleeping between my feet, then I realized it was keeping me awake at night, and I had to work the next day. All the cat has to do tomorrow is sleep. Move over, Kitty.

For Heaven’s sake — scoot those fluffy bottoms off the furniture! They’ll be fine.

Rattle a bag of treats…Tigger flies into the kitchen at the very sound….

As soon as one of you attempts to play the piano or use a computer keyboard.

I just find the image of the folks perched on the cat furniture with their drinks quite funny.

Just pick one up, sit yourself down and put cat in lap.
